Kate was finally out and about again, attending the 7th Annual Chrysalis Butterfly Ball yesterday and looking gorgeous in a red dress. Over 50 pictures have been added in the gallery.

I mean, you never know what’s gonna happen with a spin-off, and this one had been a dream come true — people were watching it and the network had just picked up our back nine episodes. And then, well… ‘The End.’ ”
What a drama queen! Not only did the unstoppable Walsh use her hiatus to campaign for Barack Obama (“I’m passionately convinced he’s the best person to be the next president,” she says, adding with a laugh, “and that’s not because his wife is a huge Grey’s fan!”). Kate's return to Grey's Anatomy is only six days away. As you now she is returning as Addison for one episode. Check out the trailer below. I'm so excited.

Cast Announces for Screen Gems' Legion

Dennis Quaid, Tyrese Gibson, Jon Tenney, Charles S. Dutton, Lucas Black, Kate Walsh, Adrianne Palicki, Kevin Durand and Willa Holland will join Paul Bettany in Legion, the Screen Gems thriller that marks the feature directing debut of Scott Stewart.

Variety says shooting is about to get under way in New Mexico. David Lancaster and Michel Litvak are producing through their Bold Films, and Gary Michel Walters is executive producer.

Written by Stewart and Peter Schink, the thriller casts Bettany as the archangel Michael, the only one standing between mankind and an apocalypse, after God loses faith in humanity. Man's lone hope rests with a group of strangers who must deliver a baby they realize is Christ in his second coming. (source)
